“We decided on PCG over the basic portal that our EMR vendor was using because of all of the patient-friendly features it offers. Not only does the portal offer features that save our staff time, like the patient-staff messaging and the ability for patients to request appointments but patients love being able to see their medical information online and they tell us all the time how appreciative they are. They feel better informed and ask more intelligent questions when they do call.”
