Paul GordonBusiness Development
Paul has significant work experience in both healthcare and large data system development. At Nationwide Insurance, he led technical and functional teams to develop an employee self-service portal and call center in the human resources department. He also transformed a call center operating with manual processes for 40,000 employees (operating during business hours only) to a system of automated benefits sign-up, item fulfillment and coordinated issue resolution.
Paul has developed automated messaging, charting and specialized reporting functions for group medical practices that bring results and insights not available from the practice management system. He has also been a practice administrator for multi-location group healthcare practices.
Making her start in MDTechMasters Inc. over half a decade ago, Blyth has evolved to Implementation Lead by dedicating herself to exploring new solutions and pushing the current boundaries of PCG’s software on behalf of their clients. Recognizing that no practice is the same, Blyth helps each administrator cultivate the PCG experience that will best fit their needs and improve their workflow. Having pioneered much of the client’s solutions from conception to completion, she’s not shy about setting strong expectations and guiding any practice through their software implementation. Quality assurance, punctuality, comprehensive follow up and step-by-step guidance are only the beginning signs of the strong work ethic Blyth brings to the table to earn the trust and respect from her colleagues and clients alike.
Jon has worked in design, programming, and implementation over the past 5 years, and brings all of it to the table for his current projects. The ranging rigors of working in the Game Industry provided Jon with a variety of skills angled toward creative problem solving and his experience in Video Game Design brings a unique perspective to the implementation side. All of this allows him to remain adaptive to new situations that the job brings every day.
“We decided on PCG over the basic portal that our EMR vendor was using because of all of the patient-friendly features it offers. Not only does the portal offer features that save our staff time, like the patient-staff messaging and the ability for patients to request appointments but patients love being able to see their medical information online and they tell us all the time how appreciative they are. They feel better informed and ask more intelligent questions when they do call.”
